It was 10.00am by the time we arrived at Camden Market and the street food was already on offer. It was inspiring to see so many different types of cuisine from all over the world come together in one place. There was a much different vibe to the food in Camden, especially compared to the Harrods food hall. Where there it was minimal, at Camden the food was served in big cooking pots and trays. This echoed the emphasis on community, rather than individual people in a place like this. Also in the food hall each food was crafted and created to look its best when on display, but at the market it was the natural look of the food in all its heaped glory that sold it.
